How can we help with delivery?

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 1pm on weekdays are dispatched the same day. Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days.

For items over 30kg, such as large tents, delivery is handled by a freight carrier. The carrier will contact you before delivery. Please note that delivery is to the kerbside only.

We use GLS/Parcel Force as our freight partner for deliveries in UK.

I case of shipments above 30 kgs your goods will be forwarded with a truck directly to your private address. Please enter a phone number where our drive can contact you before delivery.

When you order has been shipped from our warehouse we will send an e-mail with invoice and Track & Trace number to you.
